Homeroom Spirit Wear provides custom apparel, accessories, and personalized products for schools, organizations, businesses, teams, families, and individuals.

Many of our products are made or customized specifically according to the selections provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you are placing an order on behalf of a school, organization, business, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, images, colors, sizes, pricing, and other product information.

However, actual colors may vary depending on your device, monitor, screen settings, lighting, garment material, and printing process.

Some products and designs are intentionally created with a distressed, vintage, weathered, or textured appearance. Such characteristics are part of the intended design and are not considered product defects.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time.

4. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information before submitting an order, including:

  • Product selection

  • Size

  • Color

  • Design

  • Spelling

  • Names and personalization

  • Quantities

  • Shipping information

  • Requested delivery timing

Once a custom order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Because custom products are made specifically for the customer, we generally cannot resell items that have been personalized or customized.

5. Customer-Submitted Artwork and Content

If you provide artwork, photographs, logos, school graphics, names, text, or other materials for use in your order, you represent and warrant that you have permission to use and reproduce those materials.

You agree not to submit materials that violate or infringe upon another person's or organization's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

By submitting materials to Homeroom Spirit Wear, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, modify, and process those materials solely as reasonably necessary to create and fulfill your order.

We reserve the right to refuse an order containing material that we reasonably believe may violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. School, Organization, and Trademarked Designs

School names, logos, mascots, trademarks, team names, and other identifying materials belong to their respective owners.

Homeroom Spirit Wear does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or intellectual property. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate authorization to request products containing third-party intellectual property.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order for any lawful reason, including:

  • Product availability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Artwork or intellectual-property concerns

  • Production limitations

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Inaccurate customer information

  • Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be handled according to our policies and applicable law.

8. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees may be added to the order total at checkout.

Payment must be successfully received before an order is placed into production unless other payment terms have been agreed upon in writing.

9. Production and Delivery

Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, order size, customization, season, availability, shipping method, and other circumstances.

Estimated production or delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, supply shortages, equipment failures, or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Replacements

Because our products are custom-made or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizes, product selections, designs, spelling, quantities, changes of mind, or delivery timing.

If an item has a manufacturing defect, printing error, or does not match the product attributes selected in the order, we will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement at no additional charge.

Refunds are not offered except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly stated by Homeroom Spirit Wear.

11. Inspection of Orders

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

If you believe an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly produced, or does not match the order specifications, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photographs showing the issue.
