Return & Replacement Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and craftsmanship. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, or the item does not match the product attributes selected at checkout, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. Refunds are not available.
Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect selections, including:
- Size or product selection
- Design or color selection
- Spelling or personalization errors
- Incorrect quantities
- Changes of mind
- Delivery timing or missed deadlines
Please carefully review your order details before submitting your purchase.
Some products and designs are intentionally created with a distressed, vintage, or weathered appearance. These characteristics are part of the design and are not considered defects.
